五、性状：结晶品（三水）为无色透明结晶或白色结晶粉末，无水物为白色结晶性粗粉或块状，无臭，稍有醋样气味。结晶品相对密度1.45，在温暖干燥的空气中易风化，1g约溶于0.8mL水和19mL乙醇。无水品相对密度1.528，熔点324℃，吸湿性很强，1g约溶于2mL水中。

六、用途：缓冲剂、调味剂、pH值调节剂、增香剂、呈味剂等。

七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋25kg。

八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It occurs as white triangular crystal with acetic acid smell. It's soluble in water and ethanol,    insoluble in acetone.

layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and

moisture during transportation,unloaded with care so as to avoid damage.Furthermore, it must be stored

separately from poisonous substances.
